Analysis of the Effect of Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic Surgery for Bili-ary Pancreatitis
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of bili-ary pancreatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with biliary pancreatitis who received surgical treatment in Feixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects, and were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open cholecystectomy, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery. The surgical indexes, inflammatory factors and incidence of complica-tions were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, postoperative getting out of bed time,postop-erative exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After operation, the levels of various inflammatory factors in two groups were higher than before operation, but the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than that in the control group 20.00%(8/40),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic mini-mally invasive surgery for patients with biliary pancreatitis can achieve better surgical results, reduce the amount of in-traoperative blood loss and postoperative complications, and shorten the postoperative recovery time.
