Clinical Analysis of the Effect of Bronchoscopy in the Treatment of Myco-plasma Pneumonia Complicated with Atelectasis
Objective To study the effect of bronchoscopy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with atelectasis. Methods A total of 120 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with atelectasis admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects, and they were divided into reference group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 60 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with bronchoscopy on the basis of the reference group. The inflammatory response, respiratory and gas exchange function, and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the arte-rial oxygen partial pressure and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the observation group was better than the reference group, the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),which was significantly higher than 81.67%(49/60)in the reference group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=6.988,P=0.008).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia and atelecta-sis,bronchoscopy has good therapeutic application value, which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory re-sponse,promote the recovery of respiratory and gas exchange function, and improve the treatment efficiency.
