Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic pulverizer on uterine fibroid removal surgery and its impact on postoperative recurrence. Methods A total of 150 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the gynecology depart-ment of the Taizhou Second People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from February 2020 to March 2021 were randomly se-lected as the study objects. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group(n=75)underwent conventional myomectomy, and the observation group(n=75)underwent laparoscopic myomec-tomy using a pulverizer.Operation related indexes, sex hormone levels, complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was(62.63±4.58)min,the post-operative anal exhaust time was(1.58±0.14)d,the postoperative ambulation time was(2.01±0.36)d,and the hospital-ization time was(4.25±0.42)d,which were shorter than that of the control group(73.17±5.84)min,(2.36±0.25)d,(3.02±1.41)d,(5.84±0.86)d,the intraoperative blood loss was(50.12±6.32)mL,less than the control group's(95.87±12.85)mL,the differences were statistically significant(t=12.780,23.575,6.010,14.387,27.667,all P<0.05).After operation, there was no significant difference in estradiol, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone be-tween two groups(all P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the residual and recurrence rates of fibroids between two groups(both P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy with pulverizer can reduce the damage to ovarian function, reduce the incidence of complications, and not increase the residual and recurrence rate of myoma, which has a high advantage in clinical application.
