Clinical Effect Analysis of Docetaxel Combined with Precise Radiotherapy and Concurrent Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Esophageal Cancer Pa-tients
Objective To explore the effect of docetaxel+precise radiotherapy concurrent chemotherapy on patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the Second Ward of Oncol-ogy Department of Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with precise radiotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy,and the observa-tion group was treated with docetaxel chemotherapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,tumor markers and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%(36/40),which was higher than 70.00%(28/40)in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=5.000,P<0.05).After treatment,the level of tumor markers in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Docetaxel combined with precise radiotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy can kill cancer cells in patients with esophageal cancer without serious adverse reactions.
