Combined Application Effect and Safety Evaluation of Nifedipine and Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Hypertensive Disorder Complicat-ing Pregnancy
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treat-ment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted to Qihe County People's Hospital from October 2021 to April 2024 were ret-rospectively selected.According to the different treatment methods received by the patients, they were divided into single group(50 cases, only treated with nifedipine)and combined group(50 cases, treated with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine). The blood pressure index, hemorheology index, treatment effect and adverse reactions of patients in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the blood pressure level of the combined group was lower than that of the single group, and the time of blood pressure reaching the standard was shorter than that of the single group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The hemorheological indexes of the combined group were better than those of the single group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total ef-fective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 80.00%(40/50)in the single group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.061,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between patients in two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The com-bined application of nifedipine and magnesium sulfate shows better curative effect in the treatment of hypertensive dis-order complicating pregnancy, which can more effectively reduce blood pressure, improve hemorheology indexes, and has good safety.
