Analysis of the Influence of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Renal Transplantation Patients
Objective To analyze the influence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with renal trans-plantation.Methods A total of 150 patients with renal transplantation in the Department of Organ Transplantation,Guizhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from February 2021 to July 2023 were prospective simple randomly selected as research objects and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(early rehabilita-tion nursing intervention)according to different nursing methods,with 75 cases each.The incidence of adverse nurs-ing events,postoperative recovery time,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of fall,aspiration or asphyxia,extubation and other adverse nursing events in the observation group was 0,which was lower than that in the control group 5.33%(4/75),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.110,P=0.043).The postoperative recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Renal transplantation is a major operation,and early postoperative rehabilitation nursing is benefi-cial to reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events,accelerate postoperative rehabilitation,improve the quality of life of patients after renal transplantation and improve nursing satisfaction.
