Study on the Effect of Posture Nursing Combined with Elastic Socks in Preventing Venous Thrombosis after Lower Limb Varicose Vein Surgery
Objective To explore the preventive effect of postural nursing combined with elastic sacks on venous thrombosis after lower limb varicose vein surgery.Methods 76 patients with lower limb varicose vein surgery treated in Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 38 cases in each group.The study group was treated with postposition nursing combined with elastic socks nursing inter-vention,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The incidence of venous thrombosis,adverse mood and quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of ve-nous thrombosis in the study group was 5.26%(2/38),which was lower than 23.68%(9/38)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.208,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in adverse emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were both lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was 97.37%(37/38),which was higher than that in the control group 81.58%(31/38),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.029,P=0.025).Conclusion The effect of posture nursing combined with elastic socks on postoperative varicose veins of lower extremities is good,which can effectively prevent venous thrombosis,reduce bad mood,improve the quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction.
