Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention after Cataract Surgery on Patients'Psychological Resilience and Quality of Life
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients'psychological resil-ience and quality of life after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 96 cataract postoperative patients admitted to Ju-rong People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The psychological resilience,quality of life score and complications of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The scores of tenacity,opti-mism and self-reliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.50%(6/48),which was lower than 29.17%(14/48)in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.042,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for postoperative cataract patients can effec-tively improve the psychological resilience score of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the occur-rence of complications.
