The Application of Full Process Checklist-based Nursing in the Manage-ment of Swallowing Disorders in Acute Stroke Patients
Objective To explore the application of full process checklist-based nursing in the management of swal-lowing disorders in acute stroke patients. Methods 150 patients with acute stroke swallowing disorders admitted to the Rudong County People's Hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing;the observation group received full process checklist-based nursing. The dys-phagia disorder and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after care. Results On the first day of admission, there was no statistically significant difference in the evaluation of swallowing disorder between the two groups(P>0.05).The evaluation of swallowing disorder in the observation group was lower than that in the control group on 3 and 7 days after admission, the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 93.33%(70/75),which was higher than 80.00%(60/75)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.769,P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with dysphagia in acute stroke can effectively improve the dysphagia problem and improve nursing satisfaction.
