目的 研究胸外科手术患者接受肺功能训练对其术后肺功能恢复的影响.方法 随机选择2022年12月—2023年12月贵州省六盘水市人民医院收治的70例胸外科手术患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为观察组(肺功能训练)和对照组(常规康复护理),每组35例.比较两组的护理满意度、生理指标、肺功能指标以及恢复时间.结果 观察组的护理满意度为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的74.29%(26/35),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.285,P=0.022).护理后,观察组的呼吸频率(respiratory rate,RR)、动脉血氧分压(partial pressure of oxygen,PaO2)、血氧饱和度(saturation of oxygen,SaO2)及肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的开始独立步行时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 肺功能训练护理在胸外科手术患者护理中运用,可改善其肺功能指标,缩短其术后恢复时间,提升其护理满意度.
Effect of Pulmonary Function Training on Rehabilitation after Thoracic Surgery
Objective To study the effect of pulmonary function training on postoperative pulmonary function recovery in patients undergoing thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 70 patients with thoracic surgery admitted to Liupanshui People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the re-search objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(pulmonary function training)and control group(routine rehabilitation nursing),with 35 cases in each group.The nursing satisfaction,physiological indexes,lung function indexes and recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 74.29%(26/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.285,P=0.022).After nursing,the respiratory rate(RR),partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),saturation of oxygen(SaO2)and lung function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The time of starting inde-pendent walking in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lung function training nursing in the nursing of patients undergo-ing thoracic surgery can improve their lung function indicators,shorten their postoperative recovery time,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
