整体护理对老年重症肺炎患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响分析

摘要
目的 探究在老年重症肺炎患者中实施整体护理的效果.方法 方便选取2021年6月—2022年12月江苏省南京市东南大学附属中大医院接诊的96例重症肺炎老年患者为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例.对照组行常规护理,观察组行整体护理.对比两组自我护理能力、生活质量以及护理满意度.结果 观察组自护能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度为97.92%(47/48),高于对照组的83.33%(40/48),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.414,P<0.05).结论 对于老年重症肺炎患者,采取整体护理能够系统性、全面地改善患者的生活质量和自护能力,护理满意度更高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University in Nanjing,Ji-angsu Province from June 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as study objects and divided into con-trol group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received holistic nursing.The self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The self-care ability score of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qual-ity of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.92%(47/48),which was higher than that of the control group 83.33%(40/48),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.414,P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with severe pneumonia,holistic nursing can systematically and comprehensively improve the qual-ity of life and self-care ability of patients and nursing satisfaction is higher.
