系统性康复护理指导在颈椎病患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 评价系统性康复护理指导在颈椎病患者中的应用效果.方法 随机选取2023年5月—2024年4月贵州省贵定县中医医院收治的100例颈椎病患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组实施常规干预,观察组联合系统性康复护理指导.对比两组患者颈部相关指标、睡眠质量、生活质量、护理满意度.结果 护理6个月后,观察组颈痛强度评分(1.52±0.36)分、颈椎功能障碍指数(11.93±2.10)%均低于对照组的(2.41±0.74)分、(14.69±2.18)%;颅椎角度(50.51±3.11)°大于对照组的(49.02±3.16)°,差异有统计学意义(t=7.647、6.447、2.376,P均<0.05).护理6个月后,观察组睡眠质量评分(7.13±1.15)分低于对照组的(9.91±1.64)分,生活质量评分(81.45±2.05)分高于对照组的(73.15±3.24)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.814、15.307,P均<0.05);观察组护理总满意度98.00%(49/50)高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.396,P<0.05).结论 通过系统性康复护理指导,可以改善颈椎病患者颈部疼痛、颈椎功能障碍情况,增加颅椎角度,提高睡眠质量和生活质量,提升护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing guidance in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Guizhou Guiding County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to April 2024 were randomly selected as the research ob-jects.They were divided into control group and observation group by different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was combined with systematic reha-bilitation nursing guidance.The neck related indexes,sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were com-pared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of nursing,the observation group had lower neck pain intensity score as(1.52±0.36)points and cervical dysfunction index as(11.93±2.10)%than(2.41±0.74)points and(14.69±2.18)%in the control group;and larger cranial vertebral angle as(50.51±3.11)° than(49.02±3.16)° in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.647,6.447,2.376,all P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the sleep quality score(7.13±1.15)points in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(9.91±1.64)points,and the quality of life score(81.45±2.05)points was higher than that in the control group(73.15±3.24)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.814,15.307,both P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group 98.00%(49/50)was higher than that of the control group 84.00%(42/50),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.396,P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation nursing guidance can improve neck pain and cervical dysfunction in patients with cervical spondylosis,increase cranial vertebra angle,improve sleep quality and quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
