Analysis of the Effect of Responsible Midwifery Mode Nursing on the Psy-chological and Emotional Outcomes of Pregnant Women in Painless Deliv-ery
Objective To explore the effect of responsible midwifery mode nursing on the psychological and emotional outcomes of pregnant women in painless delivery.Methods A total of 181 pregnant women admitted to Liping County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Guizhou Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were conveniently se-lected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group(91 cases)and control group(90 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given re-sponsible midwife nursing intervention.The psychological and emotional scores,maternal-infant outcomes and nurs-ing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were decreased in both groups,and the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was 97.80%(89/91),higher than 89.01%(81/90)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.826,P<0.05).The maternal-infant outcomes of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsible midwifery model can significantly improve the nega-tive emotions,increase the nursing satisfaction and promote the development of maternal and infant outcomes.
