Application Effect Analysis of Holistic Nursing in Multi-drug Resistant Tuberculosis Care
Objective To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of multidrug-resistant tuber-culosis.Methods A total of 70 patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to Liping County Center for Dis-ease Control and Prevention of Guizhou Province from August 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received holistic nursing.The quality of life,sputum negative conversion rate,emotional symptom score and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the sputum nega-tive conversion rate of the observation group was 85.71%(30/35),which was higher than 62.86%(22/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.786,P=0.029).After nursing,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can promote the negative conversion of sputum bacteria in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis,improve the quality of life and mood of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
