Study on the Application Effect of Refined Intraoperative Nursing in Pa-tients Undergoing Orthopedic Surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of refined intraoperative nursing in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with fracture surgery admitted to Liping county People's Hospital of Guizhou from Au-gust 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with refined intraoperative nursing.The operation time,hospitalization time,quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(112.62±10.74)min and(8.62±2.55)d,which were shorter than(134.62±10.36)min and(12.57±2.03)d of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=9.324,7.665,both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Refined intraoperative nursing for patients with fracture surgery can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,improve the quality of life of patients,improve patient satisfaction,and reduce complications.
