Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Postpartum Functional Re-covery and Depressive Symptoms of Natural Delivery Women
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on postpartum functional recovery and depressive symptoms in natural delivery women.Methods From February 2023 to February 2024,80 natural de-livery women admitted to Liping county People's Hospital of Guizhou Province were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The con-trol group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given psychological nursing intervention.The functional recovery,depressive symptoms,quality of life and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,uterine recovery time and lochia discharge time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale score of the study group was(6.34±1.05)points,which was lower than that of the control group(10.25±1.34)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.526,P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the postpartum nursing of natural deliv-ery women,the implementation of psychological nursing intervention can promote the recovery of postpartum function,improve the symptoms of depression,improve the quality of life,and have high maternal satisfaction.
