Application of Specialist Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention Combined with Timeliness Motivation Model in Patients with Severe Pneumonia with Respiratory Failure
Objective To explore the application value of specialised rehabilitation nursing intervention combined with time-sensitive incentive model in patients with severe pneumonia with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 84 cases of severe pneumonia with respiratory failure admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing mode,they were divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional rehabilitation nurs-ing programme,and the observation group adopted the specialist rehabilitation nursing intervention combined with the time-sensitive incentive model,comparing the adherence to pulmonary rehabilitation exercise,the level of psychologi-cal elasticity,the lung function indexes and the nursing care satisfaction of the two groups.Results The compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 76.19%(32/42)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ²=6.222,P=0.013).After intervention,the psychological elasticity score,forced vital capacity,respiratory peak flow rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In pa-tients with severe pneumonia with respiratory failure,the specialised rehabilitation nursing intervention combined with the time-sensitive motivational model has a good application effect,which can improve the patients'the level of pul-monary function and psychological elasticity,and further the exercise improve compliance and nursing care satisfac-tion.
