三联预康复护理策略在腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 观察对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者实施三联预康复护理策略的价值.方法 回顾性选取2023年1-12月在山西白求恩医院(山西医学科学院 同济山西医院),山西医科大学第三医院胃肠外科实施腹腔镜胃癌根治术的121例胃癌患者的临床资料,根据不同护理的方法分为研究组和对照组.研究组(n=61)施以三联预康复护理策略,对照组(n=60)施以常规护理.对两组营养情况、心理状态、生活质量和满意度进行观察和对比.结果 护理后,研究组营养情况、心理状态评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).护理后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组护理满意度为98.36%(60/61),高于对照组的83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.265,P=0.004).结论 对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者实施三联预康复护理策略效果较好,有临床借鉴意义.
Abstract
Objective To observe the value of triple pre-rehabilitation nursing strategy for patients undergoing laparo-scopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 121 patients with gastric cancer who under-went laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of Shanxi Bet-hune Hospital(Tongji Shanxi Hospital,Shanxi Academy of Medical Sciences)and the Third Hospital of Shanxi Medi-cal University,from January to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group.The study group(n=61)was given triple pre-rehabilitation nurs-ing strategy,and the control group(n=60)was given routine nursing.The nutritional status,psychological status,qual-ity of life and satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After nursing,the nutritional status and psychological status scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.36%(60/61),which was higher than 83.33%(50/60)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.265,P=0.004).Conclusion The triple pre-rehabilitation nursing strategy is effective and clinically valuable for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
