Analysis on the Influence of DahuangfulingZexie Mixture on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score of Asymptomatic Hyperuricemia Com-plicated with Hyperlipidemia
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of dahuangfulingzexie mixture on asymptomatic hyperurice-mia complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 70 patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia admitted to Huangdao District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to Decem-ber 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Simiao pill,and the study group was treated with dahuangfulingzexie mixture.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome score,blood uric acid,renal function index,blood lipid level,therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum uric acid and renal function be-tween two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the serum uric acid and renal function indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before treat-ment,there was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid level of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 91.43%(32/35),which was higher than that of the control group 68.57%(24/35),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.714,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of asymptomatic hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia with dahuangfulingzexie mixture can reduce the level of blood uric acid,renal function index and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome score,improve the level of blood lipid,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
