摘要

本研究主要分析体外循环技术在小儿先天性心脏病心内直视手术中的应用进展,全面概览了小儿先天性心脏病的分类,以及心内直视手术和体外循环技术的相关内容.深入探讨了体外循环的结构组成、血液动力学监测与体温管理的主要原理,并阐述了体外循环在术前评估、操作要点及其对手术结果的影响.本研究综合分析了近期技术创新,探讨体外循环技术改进如何提升临床效果,并对风险管理与并发症控制提供见解.通过综述评价体外循环在先天性心脏病治疗中的效能,为该领域未来的研究趋势与技术应用提供了科学依据.

Abstract

This study mainly analyzed the application progress of extracorporeal circulation technology in open heart surgery for congenital heart disease in children,and comprehensively reviewed the classification of congenital heart disease in children,as well as the related contents of open heart surgery and extracorporeal circulation technology.The mechanism of extracorporeal circulation,the main principles of hemodynamic monitoring and body temperature management were discussed in depth,and the preoperative evaluation,operation points of extracorporeal circulation and its influence on surgical results were expounded.This study comprehensively analyzed recent technological inno-vations,explored how to improve the clinical effect of extracorporeal circulation technology,and provided insights into risk management and complication control.By comprehensively evaluating the efficacy of extracorporeal circulation in the treatment of congenital heart disease,it provides a scientific basis for future research trends and technical applica-tions in this field.
