Analysis of the Effect of Hemodialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion on Renal Function in Patients with Uremia
Objective To evaluate the effect of hemodialysis+hemoperfusion on renal function in patients with uremia. Methods A total of 100 uremia patients admitted to the Third Departments of Internal Medicine of Nanxiong People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group(hemodialysis treatment,50 cases)and intervention group(he-modialysis+hemopirrigation treatment,50 cases). The clinical efficacy, renal function, the level of inflammatory fac-tors,vascular endothelial function and T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the intervention group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than that in the control group 80.00%(40/50),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.061,P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of T lymphocyte sub-sets in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of renal function indexes,in-flammatory factors and vascular endothelial function indexes were lower than those in the control group, the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis and hemoperfusion can improve renal func-tion,inflammatory factors, vascular endothelial function and T lymphocyte subsets in the treatment of uremia patients.
