Analysis of the Curative Effect of Arthroscopic Meniscus Repair Suture and the Change of Joint Mobility in Patients with Knee Meniscus Injury
Objective To explore the efficacy of arthroscopic meniscus repair suture in patients with knee meniscus in-jury,and to analyze the effect on their joint mobility.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with meniscus injury of knee joint admitted to Shaowu Municipal Hospital of Fujian from January 2022 to April 2024 were retrospectively se-lected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Both groups were assisted with arthroscopy.On this basis,the conventional group was treated with meniscus resection,and the exploration group was treated with meniscus repair suture.The knee function and pain scores,joint mobility,treat-ment efficiency and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of knee joint function and pain in the exploration group were better than those in the conventional group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The range of motion of the joint in the exploration group was signifi-cantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total ef-fective rate of treatment in the exploration y group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).The total incidence of complica-tions in the exploration group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with meniscus resection,arthroscopic meniscus repair suture shows a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of knee meniscus injury,it can significantly improve the joint function of pa-tients,effectively relieve pain,improve joint mobility,and reduce the incidence of complications.
