A Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Anastomat Circum-ferential Hemorrhoidal Mucosa and Traditional Hemorrhoidectomy in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids
Objective To compare the effects of anastomat circumferential hemorrhoidal mucosa(ACHM)and tradi-tional hemorrhoidectomy(TH)in patients with hemorrhoids. Methods From October 2021 to October 2023,80 pa-tients with hemorrhoids admitted to the Department of General Surgery,Baiyun District People's Hospital of Guiyang City were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different surgical methods, they were divided into group A(40 cases,TH)and group B(40 cases,ACHM).The effective rate of treatment, complications, surgical indica-tors and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group B was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that in group A 77.50%(31/40),and the incidence of postoperative complications was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than that in group A 15.00%(6/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.164、3.913,both P<0.05).The operation time, hospitalization time and wound healing time of group B were shorter than those of group A,and the intraoperative blood loss, perianal resting pressure and perianal systolic pressure were lower than those of group A,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before operation, there was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation, the scores of pain, bleeding, itching, prolapse and soreness of the lower back in group B were lower than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion ACHM in the treatment of hemorrhoids can improve the surgical effect, improve the clinical symptoms, the effect is good and the safety is high.
