Evaluation and Analysis of the Value of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Combined with Pneumatic Therapy in Preventing Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis after Gynecological Tumor Surgery
Objective To investigate the important value of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with air pressure therapy in the prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis after gynecological tumor surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with gynecological tumors admitted to Sanming Second Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with low molecular weight heparin calcium, and the study group was treated with air pressure therapy on the basis of the control group. The lower extremity venous blood flow velocity and circumference, coagulation function, and incidence of lower ex-tremity venous thrombosis were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no signifi-cant difference in lower extremity venous blood flow velocity and circumference between the two groups(both P>0.05);after intervention, the lower extremity venous blood flow velocity and circumference of the two groups were better than those before intervention, and the study group was better than the control group, the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in coagulation function between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the activated partial thromboplastin time of the two groups was longer than that before the intervention, and the study group was longer than the control group;the D-dimer and fibrinogen levels of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group;the prothrombin time of the two groups was longer than that before the intervention, and the study group was longer than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity ve-nous thrombosis in the study group was 2.50%(39/40),which was lower than that in the control group 22.50%(31/40),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.314,P<0.05).Conclusion In the postoperative treatment of gyne-cological tumors, the combination of low molecular weight heparin calcium and air pressure is helpful to reduce the risk of lower extremity venous thrombosis. At the same time, this form of treatment can accelerate the blood flow veloc-ity of lower extremity veins and promote the improvement of coagulation function.
