Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Linezolid Combined with Cycloserine in the Treatment of Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis
Objective To explore the effect of linezolid combined with cycloserine in the treatment of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis. Methods A total of 84 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to the Suzhou Fifth People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.Ac-cording to different treatment methods, they were divided into study group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cycloserine, and the study group was added with linezolid. The clinical effi-cacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms, serum factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 80.95%(34/42)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.086,P<0.05).After treat-ment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and serum factor levels in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Linezolid combined with cycloserine can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis, shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms, improve the level of serum factors, and have good safety.
