Analysis of the Application Value of Labetalol in the Treatment of Pregnancy-induced Hypertension
Objective To study the clinical application value of labetalol in patients with pregnancy-induced hyperten-sion.Methods A total of 60 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Jiangle County General Hospital of Fu-jian Province from December 2022 to December 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research objects.Accord-ing to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the inquiry group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with labetalol,and the control group was treated with basic treatment.The treatment efficiency,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,hemorheological indexes and incidence of ad-verse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the inquiry group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.706,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pres-sure,diastolic blood pressure and hemorheology between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and hemorheology indexes of the inquiry group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy out-comes in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of labetalol in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension is more obvious,which can reduce the blood pressure and hemorheology of patients,and improve the adverse pregnancy outcomes.
