Analysis of the Effects of Propofol and Remifentanil Combined Anesthesia on Vital Signs,Stress and Immune Function in Patients Undergoing Colon Cancer Surgery
Objective To investigate the effects of propofol and remifentanil combined anesthesia on vital signs, stress response and immune function in patients undergoing colon cancer surgery. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with colon cancer who underwent surgical treatment in Baotou Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the different anesthesia methods received by the patients, they were di-vided into routine group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with sevoflurane combined with propofol intravenous inhalation anesthesia, and the study group was treated with propofol and remifent-anil combined anesthesia. The vital signs, stress level, immune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After anesthesia, the vital signs of the study group were more stable than those of the routine group, and the stress level and immune function were better than those of the routine group(all P<0.05).The incidence of ad-verse reactions in the study group was 7.50%(3/40),which was lower than that in the routine group 25.00%(10/40),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.501,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of propofol and remi-fentanil combined anesthesia in colon cancer surgery can more effectively stabilize the vital signs of patients, reduce stress response, and have less negative impact on immune function, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
