Application Analysis of Neuman System Nursing Model in Patients Under-going Radical Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

目的 探讨纽曼系统护理模式在胃癌根治术(radical gastrectomy,RG)患者中的应用效果.方法 随机选取2022年8月—2023年7月于曹县人民医院行RG手术的患者90例为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为两组.对照组(45例)接受常规术后护理,观察组(45例)在对照组基础上采用纽曼系统护理模式.比较两组患者自我感受负担量表(Self-percrived Burden Scale,SPBS)、癌症复发恐惧量表(Fear of Progression Question-naire Short Form,FoP-Q-SF)、生活质量评价简表(36-item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)评分以及护理满意度.结果 护理后,观察组SPBS、FoP-Q-SF评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).护理后,观察组SF-36量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组总护理满意率为97.78%(44/45)高于对照组的82.22%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.444,P<0.05).结论 纽曼系统护理模式能够有效缓解RG患者的自我负担感与癌性复发恐惧感,提高护理满意度,保障生活质量.
Objective To explore the application effect of the Neuwman system nursing model in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy(RG)for gastric cancer.Methods 90 patients who underwent RG surgery at CaoXian People's Hos-pital from August 2022 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups accord-ing to different nursing methods.The control group(45 cases)received routine postoperative nursing,and the observa-tion group(45 cases)received Neuman System nursing model on the basis of the control group.The Self-percrived Burden Scale(SPBS),Fear of Progression Questionnaire Short Form(FoP-Q-SF),36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SPBS and FoP-Q-SF scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 scale score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.78%(44/45)higher than that in the control group 82.22%(37/45),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion Neuman System nursing model can effectively relieve RG patients'sense of self-burden and fear of cancer recurrence,improve nursing satisfaction and guarantee quality of life.
