目的 探究舒适护理对股骨颈骨折患者的心理状态及生活质量的影响.方法 方便选取2022年6月—2023年6月山东省烟台市烟台山医院收治的96例股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为两组,各48例.对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予舒适护理干预.比较两组患者护理前与护理后的焦虑、抑郁程度、生活质量水平与护理满意度.结果 护理前,两组心理状态评分结果相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).护理后,研究组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分为(10.32±2.46)分,汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分为(8.23±1.76)分,均低于对照组的(12.49±2.38)分、(10.46±1.53)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.392、6.625,P均<0.05).研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组患者的世界卫生组织生活质量问卷(The World Health Organization Quality of Life-100,WHOQOL-100)评分结果相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组WHOQOL-100评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 股骨颈骨折患者术后实施舒适护理,可显著改善其心理状态,提高患者护理满意度与生活质量水平.
Analysis of the Influence of Comfort Nursing on the Psychological State and Quality of Life of Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures
Objective To explore the influence of comfort nursing on the psychological state and quality of life of pa-tients with femoral neck fractures.Methods A total of 96 patients admitted to Yantai Mountain Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given comfort nursing intervention.The degrees of anxiety and depression,the quality of life levels and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before the intervention and one day before discharge were compared.Results Before the nursing,the psychological state scores of the two groups were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),After nursing,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale score of the patients in the study group was(10.32±2.46)points,and the Hamilton Depression Scale score was(8.23±1.76)points,which were both lower than those in the control group(12.49±2.38)points and(10.46±1.53)points,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=4.392,6.625,both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the nursing,the scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-100 questionnaire(WHOQOL-100)of the two groups of patients were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After nursing,the WHOQOL-100 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Imple-menting comfort nursing for patients with femoral neck fractures after surgery can significantly improve their psycho-logical state,and increase the patients'nursing satisfaction and quality of life level.
