Analysis of the Influence of Extended Nursing Intervention based on We-Chat Platform on Negative Emotions and Self-efficacy of Elderly Parturi-ents after Cesarean Section
Objective To explore the effect of implementing extended nursing intervention based on WeChat platform for elderly parturients undergoing cesarean section on their postpartum negative emotions and self-efficacy.Methods A total of 260 elderly parturients who underwent cesarean section in Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to November 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing inter-vention measures,they were divided into two groups,with 130 cases in each group.The control group received routine obstetric nursing intervention,and the observation group received extended nursing intervention based on WeChat platform on the basis of routine obstetric nursing.The anxiety degree,nursing satisfaction,self-efficacy and quality of life of the two groups of parturients before and after the intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the state-anxiety score and trait-anxiety score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score and quality-of-life score of the observation group were(35.16±3.25)points and(95.24±3.43)points respectively,which were higher than(32.17±3.46)points and(91.92±3.68)points of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(t=7.182,7.525,both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of implementing extended nursing interven-tion based on WeChat platform for elderly parturients undergoing cesarean section is more significant.It can not only effectively relieve their postpartum negative emotions and improve their nursing satisfaction,but also enhance their self-efficacy and improve their quality of life.
