多角度护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病产妇中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的 分析多角度护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病产妇中的应用价值.方法 方便选取2023年2-8月睢宁县人民医院收治的166例妊娠期糖尿病产妇为研究对象,根据不同护理干预分为两组,各83例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施多角度护理干预.对比两组妊娠期糖尿病产妇的并发症发生、护理满意度及生活质量.结果 观察组并发症总发生率为1.20%(1/83),低于对照组的9.64%(8/83),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.229,P<0.05).干预后,观察组护理满意度与生活质量简表(World Health Organization Quality of Life-100,WHOQOL-100)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 多角度护理干预在降低妊娠期糖尿病产妇并发症风险和提高护理满意度及生活质量方面具有重要作用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of multi-angle nursing intervention in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 166 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Suining People's Hospital from February 2023 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.Ac-cording to different nursing interventions,they were divided into two groups,with 83 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multi-angle nursing intervention.The complica-tions,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.20%(1/83)lower than that in the control group 9.64%(8/83),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.229,P<0.05).After interven-tion,the nursing satisfaction and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-100(WHOQOL-100)score in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-angle nursing intervention plays an important role in reducing the risk of complications in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,improving nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
