Analysis of the Impact of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Interven-tion on the Psychological State and Postoperative Stigma in Breast Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the impact of mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention on postoperative stigma in breast cancer patients.Methods 80 breast cancer patients diagnosed and treated in Juye County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different intervention methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was intervened with routine nursing,and the observation group was intervened with mindfulness-based stress reduc-tion.The psychological states,postoperative stigmas,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Re-sults After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),and Social Impact Scale(SIS)of patients in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention can improve the adverse psychological states of patients,improve the postoperative stigmas of patients,and increase the nursing satisfaction of patients.
