Analysis of the Effect of Predictive Nursing Intervention in Elderly Pa-tients with Coronary Heart Disease And Angina Pectoris
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in elderly patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with CHD and angina pectoris admitted to Pizhou Dongda Hospital of Jiangsu Province from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.Ac-cording to different nursing methods, they were divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received routine nursing+predictive nursing. The negative emotions, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in negative emotions between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the anxiety score of the observation group was(36.35±5.56)points and the depression score was(37.46±6.84)points,which were lower than those of the control group(43.78±5.46)points and(46.47±6.61)points,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=6.030,5.990,both P<0.05).After nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the obser-vation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion Predictive nursing for elderly patients with CHD and angina pectoris can improve negative emotions, improve quality of life, and have higher nursing satisfaction.
