Study on the Effect of Relaxation Training Combined with Pain-reducing Nursing on Postoperative Pain and Psychological State of Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids
Objective To explore the effect of relaxation training combined with pain-reducing nursing on patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods From January to December 2023,100 patients with mixed hemorrhoid sur-gery admitted to Linfen People's Hospital were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing,and the study group was given relaxation training combined with pain relief nursing.The psychological state,pain degree,comfort degree and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in psychological status between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,the pain degree of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before interven-tion,there was no significant difference in comfort between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the comfort de-gree of physiology was(22.91±1.77)points,psychology was(23.47±1.82)points,society was(23.38±2.42)points and environment was(23.95±3.37)points in the study group,which were higher than those in the control group's(18.32±1.55)points,(17.91±2.05)points,(18.69±1.77)points,(19.64±2.91)points,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=13.795,14.342,11.061,6.845,all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Relaxation training combined with pain relief nursing can improve the psychological state of patients with mixed hemorrhoids surgery,im-prove comfort,reduce pain,and reduce postoperative complications.
