Study on the Application Effect of Precise Nursing Mode in Patients with Intracranial Aneurysm Undergoing Interventional Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of precision nursing mode in patients with intracranial aneu-rysm intervention.Methods From May 2022 to May 2023,72 patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent in-terventional therapy in Puning People's Hospital were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to dif-ferent nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received precise nursing on the basis of routine nurs-ing.The mental health,quality of life,incidence of surgical complications and nursing satisfaction were compared be-tween patients in the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in patients in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observa-tion group was 94.44%(34/36),which was higher than 75.00%(27/36)of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=5.285,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precision nursing model in patients with intracranial aneurysm intervention is conducive to improving mental health and quality of life,reducing the risk of complications and improving the nursing satisfaction of patients.
