Application of Comprehensive Nursing Measures Supported by Multidisci-plinary Collaboration in Patients with Dizziness Caused by Chronic Cere-bral Insufficiency and Its Influence on Their Negative Emotions and Qual-ity of Life
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing measures supported by multidisciplinary collaboration in the nursing of patients with dizziness caused by chronic cerebral insufficiency and its influence on pa-tients'negative emotions and quality of life.Methods A total of 74 patients with dizziness caused by chronic cerebral insufficiency admitted to the Xuzhou Jiawang District People's Hospital from September 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention supported by multidisciplinary collaboration.The nursing satisfaction,negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After in-tervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the scores of nega-tive emotions(anxiety and depression)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was(95.12±3.82)points,which was higher than that of the control group(86.75±4.90)points,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=8.194,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing supported by multidisciplinary collabo-ration in the nursing of patients with dizziness caused by chronic cerebral insufficiency can improve their nursing sat-isfaction,negative emotions and quality of life.
