Effect of Predictive Nursing Based on WeChat Platform on Quality of Life and Self-management Efficacy in Patients Undergoing Carotid Endarterec-tomy
Objective To observe the nursing effect of predictive nursing based on WeChat platform on patients with carotid endarterectomy,as well as its influence on their quality of life and self-management efficacy.Methods 92 pa-tients who underwent carotid endarterectomy in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 were convenient selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period,and the patients in the observation group received predictive nursing based on WeChat platform during the perioperative period.The psychological status,self-management efficacy,qual-ity of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of self-management efficacy and quality of life were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.83%(45/46),which was higher than 80.43%(37/46)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.181,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing based on WeChat platform in patients with carotid endarterectomy can promote the improvement of patients'rational state,management efficiency and quality of life,and patients'satisfaction with nursing is high.
