Effect of Routine Nursing and Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Neurological Function of Patients with Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the curative effect of routine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing on pa-tients with sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction admit-ted to Suzhou Wujiang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to May 2023 were ran-domly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into study group and routine group, with 50 cases in each group. The study group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and the routine group was given routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction, negative psychological score,self-care ability score, neurological function score and limb motor dysfunction score of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 80.00%(40/50)of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.273,P=0.004).After nursing, the negative psychological score of the study group was lower than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability, neurological function and limb motor dysfunction in the study group were better than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clini-cal nursing process of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction, traditional Chinese medicine nursing can not only improve the neurological deficits and limb motor function of patients, but also help patients alleviate negative emo-tions,further improve the relationship between nurses and patients, and improve patients'satisfaction.
