Influence of Multidisciplinary Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life of Patients with Diabetes Nephropathy
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention under multidisciplinary collaboration on the quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the 910 th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from February 2023 to February 2024 were randomly and simply selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the study group was treated with multidisciplinary nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,quality of life,psychologi-cal state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant dif-ference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the blood glucose level of the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological status scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the psychological state scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%(29/30)higher than that of the control group 73.33%(22/30),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention under multidisciplinary collaboration can improve patients'blood glucose level and quality of life,alleviate patients'bad mood,and patients'nursing satisfaction is higher.
