摘要
失眠是脑卒中后常见的并发症之一,虽不归属急危重症疾病范畴,但却是心脑血管疾病发生、发展和预后过程中重要的危险因素,会极大影响脑卒中患者的身心健康,降低患者康复效率及生活质量.大量研究数据证实针刺治疗卒中后失眠具有安全简便、疗效显著等特点,已在临床上广泛应用.本文从针刺治疗的论治依据、作用机制、理论指导及不同针刺方法的应用等方面进行归纳总结,以帮助患者改善失眠症状、提高生活质量为导向,为临床诊疗提供客观、有效的针刺治疗思路及方案.
Abstract
Insomnia is one of the common complications after stroke.Although not classified as a critical illness,it is an important risk factor in the occurrence,development,and prognosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It can greatly affect the physical and mental health of stroke patients,reduce rehabilitation efficiency and quality of life.A large amount of research data confirms that acupuncture treatment for post-stroke insomnia has the characteris-tics of safety,simplicity,and significant therapeutic effect,and has been widely used in clinical practice.This article summarizes the theoretical basis,mechanism of action,theoretical guidance,and different acupuncture methods of acupuncture treatment,aiming to help patients improve insomnia symptoms and quality of life,and provide objective and effective acupuncture treatment ideas and plans for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
