Effects of Aspergillus Oryzae Pancreatic Enzymes on Gastric Emptying Rate and Digestive Function in Functional Dyspepsia
Objective To investigate the effect of Aspergillus oryzae trypsin tablets in adjuvant treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia and its effect on gastric emptying rate and digestive function. Methods Ninety-five patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to Yangzhou Hongquan Hospital from April 2020 to December 2023 were conve-niently selected as the study objects, and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group(n=47)was treated with itopride+Rabeprazole, and the observation group(n=48)was treated with oryzae pan-crease tablets. The clinical efficacy, gastrointestinal motility index and gastrointestinal hormone secretion status of the two groups were compared, and the level of intestinal flora was detected. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, gastric empties rate(62.56±5.48)%,antrum contractions(4.52±0.96)times/min,contraction ampli-tude of the gastic body(54.08±6.15)mm,which were higher than those of control group(55.64±5.32)%,(3.76±1.22)times/min and(47.46±6.02)mm,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.243,3.378,5.301,all P<0.05).Pepsinogen Ⅰ,Ⅱ and gastrin 17 in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of Lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the level of enterobacterium was lower than that in control group, the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of functional dyspepsia with As-pergillus oryzae pancrease tablets is effective, can improve gastric empting and digestive function, and can improve in-testinal flora balance.
