目的 探究盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗先兆流产的疗效.方法 随机选取2021年1月—2023年12月芜湖市妇幼保健院收治的80例先兆流产患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组(40例)、研究组(40例).对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,研究组采用盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗.比较两组患者用药起效时间、宫缩消失时间、妊娠时间、保胎成功率、不良反应发生率、新生儿Apgar评分.结果 研究组用药起效时间、宫缩消失时间、短于对照组,妊娠时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组保胎成功率100.00%(40/40),高于对照组的85.00%(34/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.505,P<0.05).研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组新生儿出生1 min Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 先兆流产采用盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗,在改善临床症状、提升保胎效果、减少不良反应的发生、改善妊娠结局方面具有明显优势.
Analysis of the Efficacy of Ritodrine Hydrochloride Combined with Mag-nesium Sulphate in the Treatment of Preeclampsia
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of preeclampsia.Methods 80 patients with preeclampsia admitted to Wuhu Maternal and Child Health care Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into con-trol group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the study group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magne-sium sulfate.The time of medication onset,contraction disappearance time,gestation time,success rate of fetal protec-tion,incidence of adverse reactions and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results The time of medication onset,contraction disappearance time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the gestation time was longer than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The success rate of fetal protection in the study group was 100.00%(40/40)higher than that in the control group 85.00%(34/40),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.505,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse re-actions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal birth 1 min Apgar score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of preedampsia with ritodrine hydro-chloride combined with magnesium sulfate has obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms,enhancing the ef-fect of fetal protection,reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions and improving the outcome of pregnancy.
