Clinical Effect and Safety Analysis of Interferon Combined with Baofu-kang Suppositories in the Treatment of CINⅠ Combined with HPV Infec-tion
Objective To analyze the effect of interferon combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cer-vical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅰ(CINⅠ)with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 72 pa-tients with CINⅠ complicated with HPV infection admitted to of Fuqing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2021 to January 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsule,and the observation group was treated with human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsule combined with Baofukang suppository.The therapeutic effect,HPV DNA level,HPV negative conversion rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44％(34/36),which was higher than 77.78％(28/36)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.181,P<0.05).After one course of treatment and three courses of treatment,the HPV DNA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).After one course of treatment and three courses of treat-ment,the negative conversion rates of HPV in the observation group were 77.78％(28/36)and 94.44％(34/36),which were higher than those in the control group was 55.56％(20/36)and 77.78％(28/36),and the differences were statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.000,4.181,both P<0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the obser-vation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclu-sion The clinical treatment of human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsule for CINI patients with HPV infection has a significant effect,effectively reducing the HPV DNA level,and further improving the HPV turning rate of pa-tients,with a high safety profile.
