摘要
目的 分析手术室护理中开展细节护理模式对患者的影响.方法 方便选取2022年3月—2023年3月枣庄市妇幼保健院收治的94例妇产科手术患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各47例.对照组行常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施细节化护理模式.比较两组的护理满意度、不良情绪和生活质量.结果 观察组的护理总满意度为97.87%(46/47),高于对照组的82.98%(39/47),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.424,P<0.05).护理后,观察组的不良情绪评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在手术室护理中实施细节化护理模式能够减轻患者的心理压力,提升患者生活质量和满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of carrying out detailed nursing mode in operating room nursing on pa-tients.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,94 patients with gynecological and obstetric surgery admitted to Maternity and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to differ-ent nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group implemented detailed nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.87%(46/47),which was higher than 82.98%(39/47)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.424,P<0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of detailed nursing mode in operating room nursing can reduce the psychological pressure of pa-tients and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
