重症监护室多发伤合并呼吸机相关肺炎患者应用呼吸机集束化护理效果的探讨

摘要
目的 探讨为重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)多发伤合并呼吸机相关肺炎(ventilator associated pneumonia,VAP)患者实施呼吸机集束化护理的效果.方法 便利选取2022年1月—2023年9月于江苏省无锡市惠山区人民医院ICU中接受呼吸机辅助通气的86例多发伤合并VAP患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组(43例)、研究组(43例).对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施呼吸机集束化护理.对比两组的不良情绪和护理满意度.结果 护理后,两组抑郁-焦虑-压力量表评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).研究组家属的护理总满意度为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.074,P＜0.05).结论 为ICU内接受呼吸机辅助通气的多发伤合并VAP患者实施呼吸机集束化护理可改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提升家属的护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ventilator bundle nursing for patients with multiple injuries complicated with ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP)in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 86 patients with multiple injuries and VAP who received ventilator-assisted ventilation in ICU of Wuxi Huishan District People's Hospital of Ji-angsu from January 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(43 cases)and study group(43 cases).The control group re-ceived routine nursing,and the study group received ventilator bundle nursing.The negative emotions and nursing sat-isfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the family mem-bers of the study group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.074,P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ventilator bundle nursing for multiple injuries and VAP patients receiving ventilator-assisted ventilation in ICU can improve the anxiety and de-pression of patients and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
