Application Analysis of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods The clinical data of 86 stroke patients with hemiplegia treated by acupoint application from October 2022 to October 2023 in Nanjing Liuhe District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were retrospectively selected.According to dif-ferent nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The con-trol group received routine nursing,while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing.After 14 days of intervention,the psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression scales in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfac-tion of the observation group was 100.00%(43/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.753,P=0.009).Conclusion For stroke patients with hemiplegia treated by acupoint application,early rehabilitation nursing can help patients eliminate negative emotions,maintain mental health,and help improve the quality of life and overall satisfaction.
