Effect of Details Nursing on Unhealthy Emotions and Quality of Life in Children with Acute Bronchitis
Objective To explore the effect of details nursing on the unhealthy emotions and quality of life of children with acute bronchitis.Methods A total of 86 children with acute bronchitis admitted to the Department of Pediatrics in Tai'an 88 Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.Ac-cording to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed nursing.The psychological mood,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of children's families before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the psychological mood and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 93.02%(40/43),which was higher than 76.74%(33/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.440,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detailed nursing for children with acute bronchitis can better improve their psychological mood and quality of life,and improve the nursing satisfaction of their families.
