Analysis of the Application Value of Sequential Rehabilitation Nursing and Factor Assessment Nursing in Patients with Herpes Zoster
Objective To analyze the value of sequential rehabilitation nursing+factor assessment nursing for herpes zoster.Methods A total of 90 patients with herpes zoster admitted to Zaozhuang Dermatology and Venereal Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research ob-jects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into general group and investigation group,with 45 cases in each group.The general group received routine nursing,and the investigation group received sequential reha-bilitation nursing+factor assessment nursing.The pain,emotional state,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in pain rating index(PRI),vi-sual analogue scale(VAS)and present pain intensity(PPI)between the two groups(all P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of PRI,VAS and PPI in the investigation group were lower than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups of anxiety and depression scores(both P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the investigation group were lower than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of sleep in the investigation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 77.78%(35/45)in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.154,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the investigation group was 93.33%(42/45),which was higher than 75.56%(34/45)of the general group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=5.414,P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential rehabilitation nursing+factor assessment nursing has a good effect on pain relief,can improve the mood of patients with herpes zoster,make them have good sleep,and have high nursing satisfaction.
