Study on the Nursing Satisfaction and Effect of Humanistic Care Nursing in Patients with Schizophrenia in Recovery Period
Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care nursing in patients with schizophrenia in recovery pe-riod.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia in recovery period admitted to Shandong Daizhuang Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing meth-ods,they were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40).The control group carried out routine nurs-ing,and the study group carried out humanistic care nursing.The psychological status,nursing satisfaction,quality of life and compliance scores of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.501,P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score and compliance score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the psychological state score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanistic care nursing for patients with convalescent schizophrenia is definite,which can improve patient satisfaction,prognosis quality of life and psy-chological state,and improve compliance.
