The Effect of Humanized Nursing on Hemodialysis Nursing and Its Influ-ence on the Quality of Life of Patients
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing mode in hemodialysis nursing and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 96 hemodialysis patients admitted to the Jining Third People's Hospital from Octo-ber 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanized nursing.The degree of anxiety and depression,com-plications,quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Scores of 36-item Short Form Health Survey Questionnaire in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 83.33%(40/48)of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ2=4.019,P=0.045).Conclusion Humanized nursing in hemodialysis nursing not only alleviates negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,but also reduces the incidence of complications and improves pa-tients with quality of life and satisfaction.
